Today I will be sharing the 5 secrets the Microsoft founder Bill Gates thought me sometimes ago ( actually I’ve never met him personally but he has written and granted reporters interviews and I learned a lot from some of his shared tips). Learning from this world acclaimed successful business man and great philanthropist has really done so much to the success story of my growing enterprise. ( Please view my profile for what I do)
I found out that the Secret Of Success (SOS) is also common to all growing and successful businesses:
Locate Your Passion
No mind- blogging success story has been written till now without a great passion . Passion generate focus necessary to target success in any field – Bill Gates
Success might continue to elude you if you refuse to find your place or adapt to the place you are. Remember, even if you swim like fish in the ocean or feign to be one, you are still not a fish. You will get to that point and your strength will fail you.
It is important for you to find your passion. Don’t just live exist in that place you could call your own and be sure success will always be identified with you.
Learn and Improve
Winners never stop learning, they never allow any day go by without adding value to themselves and possibly others. To be successful you need to become intelligent and ready to learn. Never fold your arms in the dynamic and competitive business environment, be proactive and flexible enough to become known in your own field and at least know and understand something from the other side.

Be Sincere
Be sincere in all your effort. Integrity is a virtue you must never compromise. It is you when no one is around or watching. Be true to yourself and never live a life deception, remember fiction in human relationships hampers trust and progress. Be sincere in your relationship and business policies.
The 1+1=3 Team
The motto of modern business is “ Combine and Succeed” also known as Synergy- the sum of the whole is greater than the sum of its part. When you create formidable team ( good one)by bringing good heads together with the right kind of aptitude and attitude good success if of certainty.
You don’t need to be a know it all and do it all. Involve others and achieve more. Remember TEAM Together Everyone Achieve More .
Lead the Team To Victory
Good Leadership =( O,GW, OP)*
Leadership is pivotal to success and excellent victory . The provision of good leadership will bring about good performance ( Excellence), great workplace where everyone share their pleasure and displeasure.
Remember, Leaders don’t just lead they motivate and make other leaders.
To succeed in business and your relationship alike motivate and from time to time work with others to achieve target together . Make all have that sense of ownership ( see Passion For Excellence by Tom Peters)
