Well, one great thing is that you've be given abilities to swing with splendor and glow in your uniqueness when you force them into motion that shapes the now and the future into the reality you desire.
One excellent thing about you is that you are You! Yes you are because you exist with excellence which the world is earnestly waiting to explore and dine always.

Congratulations! Well done ... these are words  you hear when perfection and excellence is achieved.

I know you would also want to congratulate yourself for a job Excellently performed.

Great!

But you only get this when you live each day with a sense of purpose and desire to accomplish. Then you go further and accomplish your mission.

I agree so much with rewarding excellent failure in which one fails and falls forward achieving more but punish mediocre success of no value.
