Many of out talented women today do really need more time to move out of paid employment (... here I'm only referring to only those who are dissatisfied with their present occupation and willing to strive for excellence in their chosen business venture) since myriads of them consider it as a tedious venture.
Although quiet a reasonable amount of women today have fantastic and brilliant ideas to venture into but without the frantic effort to break out of their paid employment coupled with managing homes success and excellent might be unrealistic.

Women and her success can be big mystery for men in general,women are more strong than most men can figure so women can be very successful in all she want to do..women mother,women leader,women is beauty,love and hope in one.

ReplyDeleteNot that I'm putting men down at all so please do take it that way. Women have been managing the household from the beginning of time. I believe that because of that they do make better managers and business owners.
Now I know that not all women or men for that matter, are alike but I think that in the case with women leading the way, they do a much better job.
I left the corporate world four years ago and have built my own business from scratch. I think we have a lot of drive and determination to see things through. I also believe we know how to handle people better for the most part.
Sorry for tooting our horn but you are right. I don't think women are given enough credit.
